Who had ever said no to cake? Well it's no one who doesn't like cake .but there are some of them who like to prefer only vegetarian so here are some of the cake recipeswhich I am gonna share with you and are quite easy to make and very delicious one. And I hope you all loved it, so let's have a look.

Milkmaid sponge cake:-

Milkmaid Sponge Cake

Ingredients:-

  • 1 tin milkmaid
  • 2 cup maida
  • 2 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp soda
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp vanilla essence
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

Procedure on how to make:-

  • Preheat the oven for 180°c.
  • Take 2 cups of maida,2 tbsp of baking powder, and 1 tbsp of soda and sieve these 3 ingredients into the bowl.
  • Then add milkmaid, butter,1 cup of milk then blend it for 3 min then at the last add 2 tsp of lemon juice in it stir it.
  • Grease the non-stick spring-bottom cake tin. Pour the batter into it and bake it, In the preheated oven for approximately 35-40 min.
  • let it cool slightly, slice, and serve warm or cold.
  • And your milkmaid sponge cake is ready.

Chocolate cake:-

Chocolate Cake


Ingredients:-

  • Batter of milkmaid sponge cake
  • 1 tbsp of cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp of drinking chocolate

Procedure how to make:-

  • Preheat the oven for 180°c
  • prepare a batter of milkmaid sponge cake. Then add 1 tbs of cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp of drinking chocolate and stir the mixture
  • Grease the non-stick spring-bottom cake tin. Pour the batter into it and bake it, In the preheated oven for approximately 35-40 min.
  • And your chocolate cake is ready.

For chocolate cake icing:-

  • Whip cream of any brand then add chocolate sauce
  • Chocolate syrup, chocolate essence and beat the mixture till it gets uniform
  • In colour.you may also add melted dark compound slab in it.

Black forest cake:-

Black Forest Cake


Ingredients:-

  • Batter of milkmaid sponge cake
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp drinking chocolate
  • 2 tbsp Carmel
  • 1 tbsp chocolate color
  • 1 tbsp chocolate essence.

Procedure how to make:-

  • Preheat the oven for 180°c
  • Prepare a batter of milkmaid sponge cake.
  • Then add 1 tbsp of cocoa powder,1 tbs of dark chocolate, 2 tsp of Carmel, 1 tsp of chocolate essence.
  • Then mix it well.
  • Grease the non-stick spring-bottom cake tin. Pour the batter into it and bake it, In the preheated oven for approximately 35-40 min.

For icing of cake:-

  • For icing of any type of cake prefer rich whipped topping Cream which already contains sugar in it.
  • If your the cream is not having any sugar content in it then Add icing sugar in it ( Not use powdered sugar).
  • Before applying the cream to the take First, beat it at least for 10 Min.
  • Then by cutting the cake into two equal slices from edges.
  • Then split some sugar water on both the parts and then apply the cream over it.
  • And your Black Forest cake is Ready.
