Ingredients Required to make ice cream base:- 

  1. Take a 1/2 liter milk.
  2. 1 Tbsp - Cornflour ( ice cream cornflour)
  3. 1 Tbsp - GMS powder
  4. 7 Tbsp - sugar
  5. Pinch of algaenale ( stabilizer powder)

Procedure for making ice cream base:- 

  1. Take a 1/2 liter of milk and.pour it in a wide bowl and. heat it till.it gets lukewarm.
  2. When the milk is lukewarm just take a 1 small bowl of milk from it and keep it aside. 
  3. In milk set aside Add 1 tbsp of cornflour ( take an ice cream cornflour )1 tbsp of Gms powder and a pinch of algaenale powder and.stirr it well.
  4. And then add this bowl milk into the pan which we have kept heated .stirr it well and then add 6-7 tbs of sugar.
  5. When the milk will start boiling.turn off the flame .and wait till it's cool down.
  6. After that take a plastic bowl and pour that milk into it.
  7. After that keep that milk into the freezer for 6-8 hrs .after getting Freeze remove it from the freezer and beat it for 10 min and
  8. Then add 4 tbsp of Milk powder and 2 tbs of cream again beat it for.10 min and now your ice cream the base is ready. so you may add different types of essence  and color in it
  9. After adding essence and color in it then keep it in a freezer for about 5 hrs till it gets frozen.
  10. After frozen you can enjoy your Ice Cream.
Tip:- If you wanted to make an ice cream full of 1/2 lit milk then add only one cap of the essence in it. Otherwise, two drops of essence are sufficient.

You can make a Different flavor of ice cream by using icecream base:-

1. Vanilla

  1. Ice cream base + add 1/2 tbsp vanilla essence + add 1/2 cup fresh cream mix them well
  2. And then keep it in a Freezer till it gets Frozen properly.
  3. After freezing your delicious vanilla ice cream is ready to taste.

2. Butterscotch:-

  1. Ice cream base + yellow colour + add 2 tbsp butterscotch essence + add scotches
  2. And then keep it in a freezer till it gets frozen properly.
  3. And then it's ready to taste.

3. Chocolate ice cream

  1. For making chocolate ice cream first you have to melt the chocolate
  2. By keeping it on a double boiler.
  3. Ice cream base + add melted dark chocolate compound (slab)
  4. You may also add Choco chips in it while mixing it.
  5. Then store it a Freezer till it gets Freezed after that you're favorable
  6. Creamy chocolate ice cream is ready to taste.

4. Strawberry bite

  1.  Basic ice cream base + add 1/2 tbsp red color + add 1/4 tsp strawberry essence + Add 3 tbsp strawberry.
  2. Crush instead of this you can also use 10-15 fresh strawberries
  3. Then store it a Freezer till it gets Freezed after that you're favorable
  4. the ice cream is ready to taste.

5. Black current

  1. Basic ice cream base + add 3/4 tbsp black currant essence/mix fruit + add 1 tbsp black currant crush
  2. add 1/4 tsp red color + 4 tbsp seedless black raisins ( soaked in water for 15 min) and 1 tbsp fresh cream.
  3. Mix them well and store them into a freezer up to it get fully frozen.
  4. After that when it will set garnish those black raisins over ice cream.

6. Pani Puri ice cream

Pani puri Ice Cream

Pani Puri ice cream is one of the most mouthwatering recipes which can be prepared within few mins .so let's have a look at how to make It.
  1. Take a packet of Pani puri. And serve it in a plate .by making a hole in it.
  2. Take chocolate slab and melt it and add water in it just make it a slurry form but remember not to make too much thicker
  3. And after that take one by one Puri and dip it into the chocolate slurry and remove it on another plate.
  4. The Puri which we have dipped into the chocolate slurry keep it in a freezer for 5 min and after removing then add vanilla ice cream into those puri and crushed Cadbury munch. 
  5. You may also decorate it with color full desiccated coconut crush.
  6. Now it's ready to taste.
