How to make Mastani, Cold Coffee & Falooda at Home

Basically, we all love mastani which can be found in different flavors but the recipe which I am gonna share with you is of custard mastani which is quite easy and delicious to make .so 
let's have a look.

Custard mastani:-

  1. 1/2 lit of milk
  2. 1 tbsp of custard powder
  3. 3 tbsp of sugar( according to your convenience you may add)
  4. 1 cup of vanilla ice cream
  5. Rose essence
  6. Rose syrup
  7. Roasted Cashew nuts, almonds, pista

Procedure on how to make it.

  1. Take a half-lit of milk in a pan and heat it on a medium flame Till the milk is lukewarm.
  2. Then take 1 cup of lukewarm milk from that pan .and keep its heating.
  3. Add 1 tbsp of custard powder into that 1 cup of lukewarm milk stir it well .then add it into the milk which we have kept on heating
  4. Keep on stirring it and add 3 tbs of sugar,1 cup of vanilla ice cream,4 drops of rose essence, and beat it for 5 min. you may also add some of your favorite fruits which will give a nice crunch then store it in a freezer for about 10-15 min.
  5. After removing it from the Freezer .then spilled some rose syrup into the glass in which you are going to serve and then pour that milk into the glass.
  6. Afterward, put some vanilla ice cream Till it gets fully covered then garnish it with some dry fruits.
  7. And your custard mastani is ready to taste.


How to make Mastani, Cold Coffee & Falooda at Home

For making falooda. we are going to prepare the same milk as we have prepared for making custard let's find it how to make this favorable drink.


  1. 1/2 liter of custard mastani milk
  2. 1 tbs chia seeds ( sabja ) or basil seeds, soaked in water for 10 min
  3.  Falooda sevaya
  4. Rose syrup
  5. Some chopped dry fruits
  6. Chopped fruits of your choice
  7. 1 cup of vanilla ice cream

Procedure on how to make falooda:-

  1. First, prepare custard mastani milk .and the store it in a freezer
  2. Take a 1tbs of chia seeds and soaked it in water for 10 min
  3. And then boil falooda sevaya at least for 7 min till it gets nicely cooked .when it gets nicely boiled add any color in it .then pour some cold water in it and strain it nicely.
  4. Take a glass and split some rose syrup from inside. first, add chia seeds in it .we have decorated it layer by layer and Then add a layer of finely chopped fruits of your choice. Then a layer of falooda sevaya. Then again add a layer of chopped fruits after that chia seeds then again sevaya and then finally add custard mastani milk.
  5. After adding milk in it .then.cover the whole part of milk by adding two spoons of vanilla ice cream in it then split some rose syrup and some dry fruits.
  6. Now your falooda is ready to taste.

 Cold coffee:-

Cold Coffee


  1. 1 glass of milk
  2. 1 tbsp of coffee powder ( soaked in lukewarm water)
  3. 7 tbsp of sugar
  4. 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream/chocolate

Procedure How to make the cold coffee recipe at home:-

  1. Take 1 glass of milk and store it in a freezer till it gets frozen for about 5-6 hrs
  2. After removing from the freezer then blend it in a mixer then add 1 tsp of coffee powder which was soaked in lukewarm water. then add 7 tbs of sugar after that add any ice cream vanilla/chocolate.
  3. And blend it for 5 min.

Then serve it in a glass. You may also decorate it by vanilla ice cream by splitting some chocolate sauce on it .and  your creamy cold coffee is ready to taste.
