Who had ever said no to cake? Well it's no one who doesn't like cake .but there are some of them who like to prefer only vegetarian so here are some of the cake recipeswhich I am gonna share with you and are quite easy to make and very delicious one. And I hope you all loved it, so let's have a look.

Victoria malai cake Recipe:-

Victoria Malai cake


Ingredients

  • 2 cup maida
  • 1 tbsp soda
  • 1/2 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp vanilla essence
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup fresh cream
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup ghee

Procedure how to make Victoria malai cake:- 

  • Preheat the oven for 180 deg C
  • Add 1 cup of cream in a bowl then add essence in it and stir it well.
  • Take 2 cups of maida, 1 tbsp of soda, 1/2 tbsp of baking powder and sieve it in a bowl then add 1 cup of fresh cream, 1 cup of powdered sugar, 1 tbsp of vanilla essence, 1/4 cup ghee and beat it till it becomes uniform.
  • Grease a non-stick spring-bottom cake tin and pour the batter into it and bake it in a  preheated oven for 40 min
  • After getting cooler then apply to ice over it...

Rasmalai cake Recipe:-

Ras Malai Cake

Ingredients:-


Procedure on how to make Rasmalai Cake:-

  • Preparing ras malai cake is quite easy and for that, we have to prepare milkmaid spongecake batter. 
  • After preparation then cut the cake into equal parts from edges then apply ras malai milk on both sides and also put some ras malai on it.
  • Then for icing take whipped cream in a bowl and add yellow color in it then beat the mixture till it becomes smoother.
  • Then apply the whole icing on your cake.for decorating put some rose petals and some ras malai on it.
  • You may also, decorate it by some chopped dry fruits.


Coconut cake Recipe:-

Coconut Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1 cup semolina
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1/4 tsp soda
  • Green cardamon powder

Procedure how to make Coconut Cake:-

  • Preheat the oven for 180 deg c
  • Take 1 cup of desiccated coconut, semolina, yogurt, powdered sugar, green cardamon powder.
  • Mix the whole ingredients and cover  the batter by the lid and keep it for 1/2 an hr.
  • Grease the nonstick spring-bottom cake tin and bake it in a preheated oven for 35 min.
